Technology is improving day by day which leads to the development of new apps consistently, Some are instantly discarded while others manage to make a permanent space in their user’s hearts and more importantly, phones. This space is to discuss the apps which have suddenly jumped up on the charts and become everyone’s favourite. So which apps have made it to our all exclusive list this week? Do we have some new entries, Or have old apps still managed to maintain their positions and continue to impress people?

Continue reading to know about these apps!

1. Press

The first app on the list is Press. It’s an app which helps you read RSS, which is basically updated on blog entries, news headlines, audio and videos. It is fantastically designed app, it was released around some seven months ago but Still remains one of the best RSS readers for android phones.

The features that work in the favor of this app are:

a. User friendly interface: Press has a beautiful user interface, It’s very simple to use and navigate, and it pays excellent attention to details too. It has added certain features like categorizing the various updates, which are simple yet make life a lot simpler and efficient.

b. Seamless Integration: The app seamlessly integrates with a number of services that provide the same front end experiences to the user. You can sync it with a number of services and easily switch between them all.

c. Reasonably priced: Along with offering excellent features, this app comes at a very reasonable price too, for just around 3 dollars in the play store. Andriod definitely needs more apps like these, and with the kind of services that it offers and the smoothness with which it runs, 3 dollars is
surely a reasonable amount for it.

So all in all, with the shutdown of Google Reader, we are glad we still have Press with us!

2. Push Bullet

It’s been more than a year since this app made its entry into the Play store, yet it still remains our favourite. The Push Bullet transmits items from your desktop PC into your android phone quickly and without mistakes. It makes use of the Android notification bar and also allows you to share devices with others so they can push items with you. The only negative part about it is that you cannot do the vice versa. But it is hands down the easiest app to work with. It even has a chrome extension to it. In many ways, it actually is better than Dropbox or using Gmail attachments. Push Bullet is reliable and fast, and I can confidently say that it will definitely change the way you will interact with your phone.

3. Daily Burn

DailyBurn is basically an app for all the exercise fanatics out there, which keeps a track of calories consumed and tracks all workouts to see how much energy is burned. It can track your weight for up to six months, and the database has more than 350,000 food items, which is pretty impressive. The app does need some working upon, It might get a bit complicated and tedious to use at times, but it does has a great potential to offer complete weight loss support in the near future.

These three are the top apps of the week, apart from these some apps worth mentioning are TuneIn Radio which allows you to stream live music from various genres and is available the whole day. Then there is the Lovely app, which is newly launched. It allows you to find apartments and flats on rent or for sale. The lovely app is pretty useful for frustrated property buyers, and offers good choices.
